    Discover valuable resources from the Clean Program, including a detailed shopping list of foods to enjoy during the cleanse and a comprehensive list of foods to avoid.

  • Ease In with a Pre-Cleanse:
    Prepare your body for transformation by easing into healthier habits. A pre-cleanse can help your body off-load toxins gradually, leaving you feeling energized and ready. Simply cut back on some of your biggest toxins.

  • Get your Props: Grab your blocks and a strap for class.  For Wednesday livestream classes, we will use myofascial balls.  You can order them here or grab two tennis balls and a sock and make your own.  

  • Incorporate Intermittent Fasting:
    Consider a 12-16 hour fasting window to support your cleanse and enhance your body’s natural reset.

  • Start Your Day with Warm Lemon Water:
    Hydrate and cleanse your system each morning with a simple, rejuvenating ritual.

  • Morning Meditation Practice:
    Join me daily on the Insight Timer App for free guided meditations to cultivate mindfulness and set a positive tone for your day.

So, why cleanse—year after year? We may not have control over everything, but one thing we can always take charge of is our capacity for body love. This is the foundation of every Yoga Body Cleanse: Body Love. We begin by loving our bodies as they are — even if there are things we want to change to feel healthier. A cleanse can be a loving act of self-care and self-empowerment.

Cleansing is an excellent way to reignite healthy patterns that reduce inflammation, boost energy, and improve body and brain function.

I’ve been doing the Clean Program since 2009, and every time I do it, I feel amazing. I love that it focuses on whole foods and always gives me enough energy to keep up with my busy life. The Yoga Body Cleanse program is designed to facilitate a total body reset in the most nourishing and supportive way.

I know how easy it is to slip back into old habits without a regular practice. When I lose focus or get overwhelmed, I often find myself reaching for sugar and wheat — when what I really want is to feel better from the inside out. And I know I’m not alone in this struggle.
