So, why cleanse—year after year? We may not have control over everything, but one thing we can always take charge of is our capacity for body love. This is the foundation of every Yoga Body Cleanse: Body Love. We begin by loving our bodies as they are — even if there are things we want to change to feel healthier. A cleanse can be a loving act of self-care and self-empowerment.
Cleansing is an excellent way to reignite healthy patterns that reduce inflammation, boost energy, and improve body and brain function.
I’ve been doing the Clean Program since 2009, and every time I do it, I feel amazing. I love that it focuses on whole foods and always gives me enough energy to keep up with my busy life. The Yoga Body Cleanse program is designed to facilitate a total body reset in the most nourishing and supportive way.
I know how easy it is to slip back into old habits without a regular practice. When I lose focus or get overwhelmed, I often find myself reaching for sugar and wheat — when what I really want is to feel better from the inside out. And I know I’m not alone in this struggle.

All levels are welcome! That said, classes can be physically demanding, with load on the wrists in poses like plank. You are always encouraged to modify as needed. It’s important that you can move from standing to the floor with ease—if you can do that, you’re good to go.

Replays will be posted in your portal (On Demand tab) each day by 2:00 PM PST. Since this is only a 10-day commitment, we encourage you to practice daily—even if it’s a shorter bonus class. If you skip a day, no stress—just begin again the next day.

One of the main principles of this cleanse is to eat intuitively—when you’re hungry. We recommend a 12–16 hour break between your last meal at night and your first meal in the morning to support digestion and promote better sleep. In the first few days, you may notice more cravings, especially if your body is used to processed sugar, but these usually pass within about three days as your system adjusts to a steadier, more natural metabolic flow.

If this is your first time doing the cleanse, it’s okay to have coffee — just wait at least 30 minutes after your warm lemon water in the morning. People who regularly attend Yoga Body Cleanse will organically evolve their food protocols over time. You Do You = you don’t kill me. 😉

They’re myofascial massage therapy balls we’ll use in several classes. During a cleanse, the body moves toxins, and working with the fascia can deepen the release process. In short: yes, get your balls—your body will thank you! If you’d prefer a lower-cost workaround, you can always place two tennis balls in a sock.

Your health and well-being come first. If you have a history of eating disorders, please check in with a healthcare professional, therapist, or support group sponsor before beginning. This program is designed to be safe, supportive, and empowering for everyone. While I encourage this to be a “You Do You” cleanse, I want to make sure you feel completely safe throughout the process.
