FAQ | Zoom classes

I clicked on the link to attend class and nothing happened.  

Be sure you have already downloaded zoom to the device you are using.  If you still have trouble, please contact me and we will work on finding a solution!

How do I make it so I can see only you on the screen?  I see a bunch of people all at once right now.

There are two ways to expand the teacher icon: 1.  try tapping twice on my little square and that will pin me as the main image you will see.  2.  if that doesn’t work, look at my image and see if there is a place where it says ‘pin image.’  Or look for three little dots and if you see them click on them and it should say ‘pin image.’

I can’t hear you very well.

Depending on the device you are using, sound can be easier or more difficult to hear.  Some people who choose to do this from their laptop also use a blue tooth speaker to get better sound.  Try this and if that doesn’t work, please contact me and we will work on finding a solution!

Is there a way I can watch the video after the class?
