• Make sure you're logging in with the correct email address

• If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it

• Double-check for typos or auto-fill errors

📅 3. Livestream Class Access

• If you have an All-Inclusive Membership, make sure you’re selecting the package that includes Livestream Access when signing up

• This will prompt you to Reserve Your Spot — no additional payment required

• If you select a Drop-In or a package that doesn’t include livestream access, the system will prompt you to pay with a credit card before confirming your spot

🔓 4. Check Your Membership Access

• Confirm that your membership or package includes the content you're trying to unlock

• If you're unsure, check your account dashboard or reach out to us directly — we're happy to help!

• Click on the the “21-Day Chakra Series” button located in the top right corner of the Livestream Page or the On-Demand Page.

• Be sure you are logged in.

• Once logged in, choose the On Demand Tab located at the top.

• This will load your 21-Day Challenge + On Demand Videos.
