WILD SERENITY: ZION

YOGA · MEDITATION · NATURE · ADVENTURE

May 20—23, 2027

Come Alive in the Wild

Four days to step into something extraordinary.

There are places that invite us to see things differently.

Surrounded by towering sandstone cliffs, flowing water and vast desert sky, Wild Serenity: Zion is a four-day immersion in movement, mindfulness, nature and adventure.

We’ll begin our days with yoga and meditation, explore the extraordinary landscape of Zion, gather around beautiful meals, and make space for the practices that bring us back into our bodies—and back to ourselves.

There will be adventure. There will be stillness. There will be laughter, connection, incredible food and time simply to take it all in.

This is Wild Serenity

One day together. One day your way.

Part of the magic of retreat is sharing an experience together. Part of it is having the freedom to follow what calls you.

We'll spend one day exploring Zion through a shared guided experience designed for our group.

On another, choose your own adventure—perhaps canyoneering, an e-bike ride, another hike or simply a slower day to wander, rest and enjoy Springdale.

Adventure when you want it. Space when you need it.

Our private home at the edge of Zion.

For three nights, we'll have Nama-Stay entirely to ourselves—a peaceful private retreat property in Springdale, just minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park.

Tucked beneath the red-rock landscape, Nama-Stay gives us something I especially value on retreat: the ability to come together when we want to—and find space when we need it.

Our home includes private cabins and spacious suites, a dedicated yoga and meditation studio, communal gathering spaces, outdoor patios and a beautiful pavilion where we'll share meals.

And when you want to wander, Springdale is just a few minutes away on foot.

Small line underneath:

Private property · Dedicated practice space · Walkable Springdale · Minutes from Zion

Practice that meets the moment.

Our practices will move with the rhythm of the retreat.

Some mornings will be energizing. Some evenings will ask us to slow down.

We'll explore yoga, meditation, breathwork, Fascia Flow and restorative practices—not as another thing to accomplish, but as ways of becoming more present for everything around us.

And one evening, I'll transform our practice space for a full immersive sound bath—an invitation to rest, receive and simply be.

“The retreat was unforgettable, and I always felt well taken care of. Alex’s attention to detail, positive attitude, and passion for creating a great experience really stood out. I would absolutely recommend traveling with her and would gladly book another trip in the future.”
