Our bodies are designed to heal. There are powerfully complex systems at play all the time that want us well. But, not all of us feel a sense of wellness all the time. Most of us can slip into unhealthy habits at the drop of a tweet. Integrating healthy lifestyle choices in a way that is enjoyable is something we can learn. And even when we do know all about 'the tools', we still gotta pick them up. That's where having a good plan and some built in support comes in.

Classes will be recorded and posted on demand by 5pm each day. The actual flow will begin within the first 10 minutes of our sessions. Bring a journal as we will also have writing prompts for some of these sessions.
Plan on an 60-70 min for weekday sessions and 90 min for weekend sessions.
All classes are Live on Zoom, pacific standard time. All classes available on demand through May 5th.

The Yoga Body Cleanse is a total body reset that incorporates a daily yoga practice alongside an actual cleanse. There are a few ways to do the cleanse:

Check out The Clean Program and their recommended guide on how to prepare which includes a shopping list for all the foods we will enjoy over these three weeks. As well, they outline a more comprehensive list of foods to avoid.
During the first week, we off-load many toxins. Doing a ‘pre-cleanse’ can help this transition. As we continue, the body will start to feel more energized and we will reset healthy habits. Together.
Bring a journal. We will have daily prompts & suggestions to open up this personal journey. This is a whole body, whole lifestyle cleanse experience and putting pen to paper can bring great clarity.

Why Cleanse?
We may not have control over everything, but one thing we can take charge of is our capacity for BODY LOVE. So as I introduce this cleanse, I just want to state that the central intention is just that. Body love. We begin by loving our body even if there are things we want to change about it so it feels healthier. We recognize that a cleanse can be a loving act of self care.
I’ve been doing the Clean Program since 2009. (See my testimonial). I feel great every time I do it. I love that we eat whole foods and I always have enough energy. The Yoga Body Cleanse program is designed to facilitate a total body reset in the most nourishing way.
