Is your light on?

Anyone who has ever lived in New York — or watched enough Sex and the City — knows this moment.

You’re standing on the curb, arm extended, hopeful.
A taxi speeds by with its light on… but doesn’t stop.

That subtle sting of a missed encounter.

If your light was on — ready to receive me — why were you so unavailable in that moment?

We do this too.

We say this is what I want.
We put on the outfit.
We journal the list.
We turn the light on, so to speak.

But are we actually ready to receive — or are we already speeding past our own intention, distracted, preoccupied, internally elsewhere?

As we begin this cleanse, I invite you to slow down and gently ask your body:
What am I truly available for now?

Not from the mind — but from sensation, breath, and presence.
Where does receptivity live inside of you?

Over these 21 days, we’re clearing the noise:
the clutter, the distractions, the toxins, the static —
all the things that cause us to miss our own connections.

Think of this as a cross-country road trip together.
We’re learning where interference lives…
and ushering in clarity around what we genuinely want to intend —
and are ready to receive.

Be ready to receive.
When your system softens,
what’s meant for you can finally land.
