Day 14 ❍ The Secret to Success

Have you ever had something really great happen, and before you could even blow out the candles, you were already planning the next event? Or worse—taking inventory of who didn’t show up?

Sometimes, we move so quickly that we forget to truly savor the wins in our lives. What if you slowed down for just one hot second and took a moment to appreciate how far you’ve come—whether on this cleanse or in your life? This isn’t about checking every box or doing everything perfectly; it’s about those small, meaningful moments. Maybe you’ve learned to pause and take three deep breaths when you felt overwhelmed, or perhaps you allowed yourself to request an extension on this challenge because, let’s be honest, our world has literally been on fire.

And then we come back to the mat.

Remember, success isn’t just about the finish line—it’s about the steps you take along the way and the grace you give yourself to start fresh when needed.

As you move into the final week, take a deep breath into the enough-ness of what you’ve already accomplished. This evening, let’s reflect and reset. Grab a journal and put pen to paper with these prompts to help you re-focus for our final week.


ACTIONS

  • Wins - What have your ‘wins’ been this week?  Write down all of the ways you showed up for this challenge.  How have you showed up for yourself this week?  Are there any other wins that feel particularly meaningful to you?

  • Challenges - What challenges have come up for you this week—whether with the cleanse or in how it relates to your life?

  • Revelations - What insights or lessons have you gained about yourself?

  • Vision - How do you want this week to go? At home? At work? In your relationships? How do you want to feel each day? (Write or meditate on whatever resonates most.)

EVENING MANTRA

  • Finish your day with this mantra. Perhaps hold your favorite crystal and repeat to yourself: “Knowing I will continue to create, in this moment, I have done enough.” 

  • Or more simply stated:   I’ve done enough.
