Your Journey to Vibrancy Continues
I often share with you the powerful mantra, 'I love you, keep going.' This guiding principle echoes through our Yoga Body Cleanse, serving not only as a ritual but also as a valuable self-directed practice.
In a world often filled with unkind self-talk (or othering-talk), this mantra serves as a reminder to pause and reconnect with the goodness inside you. This is exactly how we shift patterns—by generating energy that moves us toward harmony within our chakra system.
The first part, 'I love you,' holds potent transformative energy when directed inward. Making an internal connection to the goodness inside can ignite a flame that will guide you on your path. The second part of the mantra is more nuanced. ‘Keep going’ isn’t about relentless pushing; it’s a gentle nudge to make brave choices and care for yourself. It’s a call to keep going in the direction of taking care of yourself so you can live a vibrant, healthy, and joyful life — as your chakras hum in alignment.
When we opened the cleanse, we addressed the ritual of starting this practice. How we begin things really matters. And yes, how we end things also matters. Taking time to acknowledge our wins and what we have learned is a powerful practice. It creates a space of appreciation inside of us that resonates like music for your body. Let's pause and linger in the moment, embracing the notes we've just played without grasping for the next chord. We need the pause to hear the music. This dedicated pause creates space; it reminds us that we are whole without reaching for external fixes.

Schedule “me-time” to decompress or do something you love.
