Week 1 - July 13 - An introduction to Mindfulness

In week one, we will outline various practice tools for mindful meditation and living. Included in our 60-minute sessions will be a guided practice. Your homework will be to practice each day during the week for a minimum of 5 minutes/day.

Week 2 - July 20 - Mindfulness of the Body

In week two, learn to reconnect with your body in a healthy and mindful way. Included in our 60-minute sessions will be a guided practice. Your homework will be to practice each day during the week for a minimum of 5 minutes/day.

Week 3 - July 27 - Mindfulness of Emotions

In week three, we tap into our emotional body which can open up a world of inner freedom. Included in our 60-minute sessions will be a guided practice. Your homework will be to practice each day during the week for a minimum of 5 minutes/day.

Week 4 - August 3 - Working with Thoughts & Beliefs

In week four, we learn the key to working with the ever-changing atmosphere of our mind, and gain access to non-harming thought patterns. Included in our 60-minute sessions will be a guided practice. Your homework will be to practice each day during the week for a minimum of 5 minutes/day.

Classes are 1 hour long, live on zoom, pacific standard time.
