Hello, Yogi Friends… I have been dreaming of bringing a small group together at my home in Los Angeles for a Mindfulness Series and am thrilled to announce this course I've been developing. Healing is at the crux of all transformation. It allows us to recognize and transform experiences of stress into having a more joyful holiday season.

For the last two years, I have been steeped in study with spiritual giants, Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I was drawn to their course to support my own personal practice and to stay inspired as a teacher. I had no idea how much it would impact my life. These teachings are so meaningful right now and I look forward to sharing some with you during our Holiday Healing Meditation Series.

Each week, we will unlock a key to happiness as taught by the Buddha in the Brahma Viharas. Sessions are 60-90 minutes long. There will be a talk at the beginning, followed by a guided meditation and a period of silence. One of the gifts of having this one in person is that I can include sound healing to close the meditation. This is a wonderful tool to focus the mind and realign the vibrational tone of the body to one of harmony. Following the meditation, we will have a group chat.
